Woodland Heights Welcomes New Administrative Team Members

Lufkin Texas (November 14, 2022) – Woodland Heights Medical Center is happy to welcome Tanner Holt and Fallon Phillips to the administrative team.
Tanner Holt is the new assistant CEO of Woodland Heights. He comes from Cedar Park Regional Medical Center where he has held administrative positions since 2020. As assistant CEO, Tanner will be responsible for radiology, food & nutrition services, respiratory, wound center, sleep lab and plant operations.
“My family and I are excited to make Lufkin our home and I am happy to be part of the Woodland Heights team,” states Holt. “We have been welcomed with open arms and look forward to becoming a part of the community.”
Fallon Phillips is the newly named administrative specialist for Woodland Heights. Originally from Alabama, Phillips came to Lufkin from Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville in Tennessee. As the administrative specialist, she will be responsible for environmental services, property management and therapy services.

With the help of senior leaders, I look forward to enhancing my operator lens and positively impacting our results as we continue to provide the best care.”
