Outpatient Services
Woodland Heights Medical Center offers outpatient rehabilitation services to patients who require additional therapy after being discharged from the hospital and for patients with permanent or temporary medical conditions or injuries not requiring hospitalization.
When your activity and functional levels have been diminished due to illness or injury, our rehabilitation professionals and programs can help restore what was lost and maximize your potential to return available function. Patients need only be referred by their physicians to take advantage of our facility and services. We serve all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Aftercare Program
The Rehabilitation Center's aftercare program allows physical and occupational therapy patients to maintain the strength and flexibility achieved through their supervised rehabilitation program. Personalized home and/or aftercare programs are available once the prescribed therapy program is complete. The former patient can use the same equipment to progress on their own and take ownership in their recovery. Individuals in the aftercare program pay a small fee based on their usage of the program.
