There are more than 80 types of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia and restless legs syndrome. We understand that these conditions can significantly affect healthy sleep–and this, in turn, impacts your overall health, safety and quality of life.
The Sleep Center at Woodland Heights Medical Center performs sleep studies on children, starting at age 12, through adults. Sleep Studies at the Sleep Center take place in comfortable, home-like rooms.
The Sleep Disorders Laboratory at Woodland Heights Medical Center invites you to spend the night in one of our beautifully decorated bedrooms. Furnished with a full size or queen size bed, the bedrooms are designed and decorated for your comfort with overstuffed comforters and throw pillows. Each room has its own private, handicap accessible bathroom. To help you relax, each room is equipped with a 32" flat screen television with cable programming.
A doctor's order is required for sleep evaluations. To determine if you have issues resulting from poor sleep patterns, take our sleep quiz, and discuss the results with your doctor.
