BILL PAYMENT
The Woodland Heights Business Office is committed to
providing our patients and their families with easy and
reliable billing services.
Your hospital bill does not include charges from your
personal physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist,
radiologist, or other physician's consultants. You will
receive separate bills from these health care providers.
Our business office representatives are available Monday
thru Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., to assist you with
questions or concerns that you may have regarding your
hospital bill.
You may contact our office at (936) 637-8683 for the
following inquiries and/or activities:
• File your primary and
secondary health insurance claims
• Provide an itemized bill

CHARGES
The daily hospital room charge covers your basic nursing
care, meal service and special diets.
Your hospital bill may also include charges for the use of
the operating room, medications, special medical supplies,
special equipment or other services you may have needed
during your stay.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Depending on how and when you were admitted into the
hospital, a Patient Accounting representative may visit you
in your room. If you have any questions regarding hospital
services, please contact a Patient Accounting Representative
at 936-637-8713 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
PHYSICIAN SERVICES BILLING
You will receive separate statements for services rendered
by your physician(s). The physician services bill(s) will
come directly from your doctor(s). These bills may include
charges from physicians you did not interact with personally
(i.e. anesthesiologists, radiologists); however, they are
physicians that provided medical services important to your
care.
If you have any questions regarding bills for physician
services, please call that physician directly.
